Do you know if there is a way to have this OSK without editing all of my themes? Like, is there a way to put it so that it doesn't matter what's in the CTF, it still uses this one?

I dont think there is a way to use the OSK when you have a CTF theme active, that doesnt use this one, i used UNCTF commandline to put in the OSK, but you might try flashing the OSK plugin to your Flash0 and then put a CTF there which DOESNT modify the OSK, so no OSK_PLUGIN.RCO in the CTF, maybe that will work, but not sure...
