Big props to my new french friend ptitowen for his beautiful theme!

topmenu_plugin is french and english friendly...all othe rlanguages the text is centered on teh screen.

This is how i invisioned this theme when I first saw it on 3.71...now I have gotten a hold of him for the original icons and made this very nice!

UPDATED 3/27
-Removed the butterfly busy and made a new one
-Adjusted the vertical browsing speed since i never tested that and typo-d it in the paf LOL
-Compressed all prx

yeah i dont know why remote play doesnt move...its the same way on this vertigo theme i was doing for ibawanzingee.
