1. Put under /PSP/THEME
2. Select in Settings -> Theme -> Theme

Very cool theme! I like it. Maybe you will fix these two glitches with the next release. While browsing Saved Data Utility, the first line of the info about a save appears on the date&time stamp of the file. And the second one is about the "Options" icon appearing on the lower right side of the screen. There are some dots/pixels under it.

great conversion but why does it take so long to boot up everytime i reboot/turn off the psp?

then dont use it.. i dont have problem on it.
check your cxmb version
